The Columbia Pike Blues Festival, usually held in June, showcases the best in blues music and offers free admission, kids’ activities, food trucks, beer, and more. Quarterfest, formerly known as Taste of Arlington, is an opportunity for local restaurants to showcase their culinary creations. The festival is a two day, family-friendly food crawl featuring restaurants in Ballston. Next, the Arlington County Fair, held in August, offers rides, games, live music, food vendors, and competitive exhibits for a traditional American experience. Finally, the annual Rosslyn Jazz Fest and the Marine Corps Marathon is held every fall and brings the community together for outdoor festivities.
