Alex Taousakis

Alex was born and raised in Arlington, VA, graduating from Yorktown HS. After attending the College of Charleston in South Carolina, Alex moved back home to start his professional career in Commercial Real Estate. For 8+ years Alex held a number of roles at CBRE, most recently serving as a Capital Markets Manager building and leveraging global relationships and expertise to assist Institutional clients in securing and executing cross-border Multifamily investment opportunities.

 

In 2020 Alex decided to pivot into residential real estate, bringing his analytical, detail-oriented approach to assisting clients all over Northern Virginia. He understands the importance of listening to his clients and attending to their needs. Alex’s commercial real estate background makes him a natural at building long-term relationships and handling complex deals.

 

In his free time, Alex is very active in his local real estate association, NVAR, serving on multiple committees. He met his wife, Jenna, in college and they now reside in Falls Church with their 3 pets. Alex is a diehard Washington sports fan and a self-proclaimed sports trivia scholar.
